Another week in the books for the recovery of hotels. Data through May 30 is looking positive again, although with occ/rate increases back to the average of the prior few weeks. Occ now at 36%+ and several of the top markets are over 40%. Economy hotels are still doing the best, relative to their historical norms. Let’s keep the improvements coming!
