Analyst

Kalvin Kerwin is a member of the Hunden consulting team. He works on development analysis and financial feasibility studies for mixed-use districts, entertainment venues, hotels, convention centers, and tourism-driven placemaking projects. He conducts diligent market and submarket research, economic and demographic analysis, competitive and comparable profiling, and stakeholder interviews to guide strategic recommendations for a variety of project types. In addition, Kalvin is developing a comprehensive premium statistics database of major league stadiums and Power 5 conference venues that will analyze supply and demand variables for premium seating and identify market opportunities and saturation in the metropolitan areas where stadiums and arenas are located.

Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Kalvin graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and International Business. At IU, he was actively involved in the Real Estate Club, the Commercial Real Estate Workshop, and the Indiana University Real Estate Private Equity Program. He spent a semester studying abroad in Rome, Italy, focusing on international business. Prior to joining Hunden Partners full-time, he interned with the firm and acquired skills in market analytics for mixed-use and recreational facilities. He gained brokerage experience at Bradley Company, supporting office, retail, and industrial brokers on leasing and investment sale projects.
