
Senior Analyst
Luke Miller is a Senior Analyst at Hunden. He conducts comprehensive market and submarket research, financial feasibility modeling, economic and demographic analysis, competitive profiling, and stakeholder interviews to develop actionable recommendations for clients. His focus is on destination strategy and placemaking action plans and real estate development implementation.
Luke most recently led business development for Dover, Kohl & Partners Town Planning in Coral Gables, Florida. Past internships include the City of Rockford, City of Chicago, Congress for the New Urbanism, Lakeview Chamber of Commerce, and Gorman & Company. Originally from Rockford, Illinois, Luke graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy. Later, he earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. There, he served as President of Out for Business and Treasurer of the Real Estate Club. Also at Wisconsin, he was selected to join WREAA Fund II as a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst.
Luke is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU). He holds a DELE B2 certificate in Spanish fluency and an Illinois Real Estate License (Inactive).
