Fort Collins Conference Hotel Developer RFI
Hunden Partners, in partnership with Visit Fort Collins, has released a Request for Information (RFI) to explore the potential for the development of a conference hotel on the campus of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Hunden Partners previously conducted a market and financial feasibility study for the project and identified the opportunity for a full-service, nationally branded conference hotel that would enhance the City’s competitive positioning and support its broader tourism and economic development goals. The purpose of this RFI is to gauge interest and gather market feedback from experienced developers to help inform whether and how best the Fort Collins community should advance this important project.
