Hunden Partners, on behalf of the Cleveland County Recreation and Entertainment Facilities Authority (CCREFA) and in collaboration with the University of Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma Foundation, is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify and select a Design-Build-Operator team for a new, state-of-the-art 8,000-seat arena in Norman, Oklahoma. This world-class venue will serve as the home for the University of Oklahoma Men’s and Women’s Basketball programs as well as the Women’s Gymnastics program.
