Analyst, Ms. Sutton is a member of the Hunden analyst team. She works alongside the analyst team to complete robust market and submarket research and analytics, economic and demographic research, comparable and competitive profiles, and stakeholder interviews for a variety of project types. She has recently worked on variety of mixed-use projects, primarily focused on arenas, convention centers and entertainment districts throughout the United States.
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Cassidy graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a finance and real estate degree. During her time at IU, she was involved in various clubs within the Real Estate Program, including the Women in Real Estate organization, as well as the Hutton Honors College. She continued her studies for a semester in Barcelona, Spain, where she took international finance classes at Universitat de Barcelona and Ramon Llull University. Before joining Hunden, Cassidy served as a leasing analyst for Link Logistics, an industrial real estate firm, and at Northwestern Mutual as a financial representative.
