Analyst, Mr. Brown is a member of the Hunden analyst team. He works alongside the analyst team to complete robust market and submarket research and analytics, economic and demographic research, comparable and competitive profiles, and stakeholder interviews for a variety of project types. He has contributed study efforts for a wide array of mixed-use projects, sports and recreation facilities, and hotel developments across the United States.
Charlie is a graduate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. During his time at IU, he was heavily involved in the Real Estate Program via the Commercial Real Estate Workshop, as well as holding membership in the Hutton Honors College. He continued his studies for one semester in Madrid, Spain, enrolling in numerous International Finance courses. Prior to joining Hunden Partners, Charlie worked for the Bank of New York Mellon as an Alternative Investment Analyst in his hometown of Boston, Massachusetts.
