Senior Analyst, Mr. White’s primary responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, financial, market, and real estate analyses for feasibility studies across a wide variety of asset types. He plays a pivotal role in supporting the entire study process, from the initial research phase to the delivery of comprehensive market analyses, recommendations and financial modeling.
Prior to joining Hunden Partners, Micah was an acquisitions analyst at LaSalle Investment Management, where he was involved in underwriting and acquisition processes for diverse real estate assets. He managed the creation of detailed pro forma and investment summary packages, ensuring alignment with client expectations and investment goals. His work directly contributed to the successful acquisition of more than $175 million in real estate assets, demonstrating his ability to deliver high-quality analyses that drive impactful investment decisions.
Micah’s commitment to delivering long-term value and background in real estate finance and client engagement has equipped him with the skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the study process. Micah holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, where he was involved in the Commercial Real Estate Workshop and was a recognized leader in the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) Career program.
