Analyst, Mr. Faricy is a member of the Hunden consulting team. He works on development analysis and financial feasibility studies for mixed-use districts, arenas, hotels, convention centers and tourism placemaking action plans. He conducts robust market and submarket research, financial feasibility modeling, economic and demographic research, comparable and competitive profiles, stakeholder interviews, and integrates industry trends and best-practice recommendations.
Originally from Detroit and raised in Seattle, Nick graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business with a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. During his time there, he held seven executive board positions within student organizations, including serving as President of Badger Business Professionals and Events Director of the Real Estate Club. Before joining Hunden, Nick contributed to the development of District Detroit while working at Related Companies in New York and assisted the office brokerage team at CBRE in Seattle.
