Butler University will be home to Hilton’s first Curio property on a university campus after Hunden Partner’s market and financial feasibility study.

We are excited to share Hunden Partners‘ role in the adaptive reuse of Butler University’s historic Ross Hall into a boutique hotel under the Curio Collection by Hilton! This project is particularly significant, as it marks the first Curio property on a university campus and will be the first in Indiana—a milestone that beautifully blends Butler’s rich heritage with Hilton’s renowned hospitality.

We look forward to seeing the Curio Collection hotel become a cornerstone of the Butler Gateway Project and a new destination in midtown Indianapolis!
