As an Analyst on the Hunden Partners consulting team, Carly Ezrilov is reinforcing her experience related to Market Assessment, Financial Feasibility & Economic Impact; Development Implementation & Advisory; and Strategic Planning. Her current work focuses on stakeholder interviews, market research, economic and financial analysis for mixed-use districts, hotels, convention centers, retail, and tourism driven assets, in order to help clients evaluate opportunities and make strategic decisions.
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Carly graduated with Distinctive Scholastic Achievement from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Management. During her time at Wisconsin, Carly was involved in the Real Estate Club and worked as a teaching assistant for the Real Estate Finance course. She also spent a semester studying abroad in Rome with a focus on business.
Prior to joining Hunden Partners, Carly interned at JLL in Minneapolis on the Capital Markets Debt team, gaining exposure to market research and the structuring and modeling of commercial real estate loans. She also interned at Hillcrest Development in Minneapolis, focusing on development, leasing, and property management of industrial and office redevelopment projects.
