Thanasi Georgiadis is a member of the Hunden consulting team. He works on development analysis and financial feasibility studies for mixed-use districts, arenas, convention centers, hotels, housing, and tourism-driven placemaking projects. At present, he conducts market and financial feasibility studies for several professional sports facilities and surrounding mixed-use developments, and comparable and competitive analysis of tourism destinations.
Originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, Thanasi graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. During his time at IU, he was significantly involved in the Real Estate Program through his Associate role on the Research and Outreach team for IU’s Real Estate Private Equity Program, Sample Gates Management. He also served as Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop.
Prior to joining Hunden Partners as an analyst, Thanasi interned on the development team with Milhaus, a mixed-use development, construction, and property management company, supporting development activities from start to finish while collaborating with consultants, government representatives, contractors, and brokers.
