More statistical progress on the hotel front, with another 2%+ increase in occupancy (to 43.9%) and $3+ increase in rate (to $92). Every market is performing differently, but nearly all are going in the right direction. Biggest concerns are urban full-service/group hotels, which have just been absolutely hammered by COVID and, in many cases, destruction. Hawaii is starting their needed comeback, but have a LONG way to go (14% occupancy). Lots of financial carnage to come, sadly. But for the rest of the hotels, things have been improving nicely (and consistently).
